Accuflex Sani-Clean AM is a specialized drain tubing designed for the most demanding hygienic environments. This 5/8" ID tubing features an integrated antimicrobial lining that actively inhibits the growth of bacteria, mold, and yeast, preventing the "sludge" buildup common in standard drain lines. The thick 7/8" OD wall provides excellent durability and crush resistance. Ideal for ice machine drains, drip tray lines, and brewery floor drainage where sanitation is paramount.
Installation Note: Sani-Clean tubing is slightly more rigid than standard vinyl. To ensure a leak-proof seal on 5/8" barbs, soak the end of the tubing in hot water for 60 seconds before installation. Always secure with a stainless steel worm-gear clamp. The antimicrobial properties help maintain free-flowing drains and reduce the frequency of chemical flushing in commercial beverage rooms.
